You can now find your account representative on insight.com by using the Insight Virtual Assistant.
Connect with the Virtual Assistant by selecting Chat icon at the bottom right of any webpage on insight.com.
If you don’t see the Chat now button, try turning off any ad blockers you may be using or contacting your IT department about changing browser settings to allow Java Script.
When Chat now is selected, a window will open on the page that shows several options to choose from, including a Find my rep button. Select it to find your account representative.
The chat will ask you to provide the email address associated to your Insight account. Provide the requested email. The chat will then provide your account representative’s available information, including name, position, email and phone numbers.
If you have multiple account representatives, you’ll be connected to an Agent to help get you in touch with the right person.
