Jason Rader believes that security professionals are saving the planet, and everyone is part of the solution. He began his college career as a voice major and was an early adopter of using technology to push creativity — in this case interfacing musical instruments with computer systems. His interest in tech inspired him to pursue a focus in local area networks and internet-based technologies, eventually leading him to start a company specialized in Microsoft and Cisco training and consulting. After building, running and eventually selling his company, Jason took a role with RSA to transform the organization into an established solutions provider. Jason joined Insight in 2015 to build the security consulting group. In 2021 he assumed the role of chief information security officer.

Ben has been with Insight since 2017 and is currently senior manager, solution services presales. His 20+ year career has focused on providing expert technology management and consultative services. His main focus across his roles has been on technology roadmaps, project architecture, and technology strategy.
Carm Taglienti
Chief Data Officer and Distinguished Engineer
Carmen has more than 25 years of experience as a cloud computing, data science, data analytics and data management expert. As a principal cloud and AI architect for Insight, he focuses on cloud-based business solutions across multiple industries and technical domains. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University Khoury College of Computer Sciences and the College of Professional Studies teaching graduate courses in data science, cloud computing and analytics. Carmen is a published author and speaks at industry and technology events.
