Based mainly in the UK, Antser provides business support services, technology, and transformation solutions as well as training and development to the health, education, and social care sectors. It combines innovative technology with human-centred service solutions to deliver positive change for some of society’s most vulnerable people.
Antser provides health, education and social care clients with bespoke and specifically designed platforms and systems, several which are hosted via Amazon Web Services (AWS). Antser found the ease, ability, and speed of AWS to create and deploy solutions to be of particular benefit and recognised an opportunity to improve further. With the engagement of Insight, both parties worked in partnership to review the platform and apply changes aligned with the AWS Well Architected Framework principles, to further optimise the environment and its performance.
Insight were able to achieve these improvements and optimisations at cost neutral owing to the savings achieved.

Antser opted for Insight’s AWS Well Architected Review service and after agreeing on key priorities, Insight arranged onsite sessions to support the implementation of improvements.
The actions themselves were implemented by Antser under Insight’s advice and guidance, with both parties working closely together and performing trials to assess the improvements. This adopted approach ensured not only the ability to evidence the improvements, but also Antser’s increased capability to pro-actively manage ongoing project work moving forward.
Antser were seeking to make improvements to a platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and make cost efficient use of the native AWS tools available.
Insight proposed a solution using its own internal AWS experts. The Antser team implemented the solutions with guidance and support from Insight – gaining greater knowledge and awareness for future development and improvements on the platform.
