Insight Singapore ranked #3 in the 2023 Singapore Best Workplaces List by Great Place To Work Singapore

Ranked at #3 within the micro category, the award was presented to Insight Singapore by Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat.

In total, 45 workplaces across four different categories, micro, small, medium, and large have been ranked as Singapore’s Best Workplaces according to Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

The Singapore’s Best Workplaces list is highly competitive. The team at Great Place To Work selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place To Work Certified™ organisation and have attained at least 65% on Great Place To Work’s Trust Index© Survey. Employees share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organisation’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answering two open-ended questions. Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
